Coastal Windows, Inc. is a family-owned window and door manufacturer located in Waipahu, Hawaii. Coastal Windows’ Vice President Bob Barrett is an ESGR employer outreach volunteer and works with the ESGR Hawaii Committee to reach out to employer communities to ensure knowledge of and compliance with USERRA.
Coastal Windows, Inc. maintains all benefits and contributions to their military employees’ 401K accounts for the entire length of deployment. Service members, while deployed, continue to earn sick and vacation time and are provided additional time off to spend with their families before or after deployment.
