Robinson Transport Inc. is a coal transportation company based in Salina, Utah. Robinson Transport provides $1,000 a month to the families of mobilized employees in order to supplement their household income. The company has also contributed $5,000 to provide faster and more accessible Internet to their deployed employees and the other members of their unit.
Their support goes beyond their military employees. Robinson Transport generously contributes to family support organizations, which provide aid to the families of service members from all branches of the reserve components. “Robinson Transport was an outstanding supporter of their employees and the entire community affected by the local National Guard unit’s deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan,” said nominator Army National Guard Sergeant First Class Roger Orton.
